Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on all mystery boxes. Exchanges for different size of the same product is accepted (subject to availability). If the mystery box is being returned - all items need to be included.

Orders placed before 3PM Monday - Friday will be sent via a traceable Royal Mail service FREE of charge.
EU Shipping (5-7 Days)
Order placed before 3PM Monday - Friday will be sent out via a traceable service at a flat rate of £12

You can return your purchase for a refund, Exchange or store credit within 14 days of shipping.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
